Double Blade Cold Saw Cut Off Machine
Continuously produced tubing is cut to length by a cut off machine. This section function is an important determinant of the overall productivity.
The cutting Devices are 2 Milling Discs actuated by a gear motor AC with Speed Control. The cutting head is mounted on a travelling carriage together with the hydraulic clamping device. The carriage is sliding on linear sliding Guides. There is a side lodging for rack that allows the motion of the Carriage.
Carriage is comprised of normalized welded steel structure & functions to support Cut heads, the Gripping Vices & control group dimensioned for tracking.
The cut heads are 2 in number & work in opposite way both on longitudinal & transversal axis from Center of tube. Both are controlled by respective reduction gears with “0” Play which allow the rotation of the mandrel on which the blade is seated.
