WHY CRM

- Forms Round, Square and Rectangle sections in the same mill with better weld characteristics and corner inner & outer radius in sections.
- Sections are formed from mother tube by providing better HAZ & V-angle. This is possible due to use of Round Impeder causing less energy wastage dissipated as heat & efficient use in ID Bead trimming.
- Ensures Minimal residual stress as contact rolls are evenly distributed on tube forming surface. Inherent waviness / Flatness in corrected in product is achieved through passing from corrective stretching at Sizing & elongation from Round to Hollow section.
- Only 1 set of CNC profiled tooling for all sizes. No need to maintain Spacers & repeated adjustments. Process control through Digital indicators & programming.
- Superior surface finish, minimal distortion, minimal residual stresses and tighter tolerances for welded sections & Tubes. Control of Weld seam & maintaining parallel edges is easier in CRM.
- Combines benefit of motorized adjustment of break down, fin pass & sizing roll through Servo motor adjustment. Rafted Cassettes at Sizing Pass dedicated for Round & Hollow sections with motorized roll adjustment
